
At the CeBIT 2011 the company presented its new G. Skill SSD hard drives from the Phoenix II series, which will appear in 2.5-inch design in the trade, at a later date. The new and thus also the second generation of the Phoenix II SSD drives set to force a new sand-SF-2000 controller and offers the following technical characteristics:
- 2.5-inch design
- SandForce SF-2000 Controller
- Capacities: 60/120/240GB space
- Read speed of up to 550MB per second
- Write speed of up to 500MB per second
- SATA 6.0Gbps interface
- 25nm MLC NAND flash chips
