Rumors that Sony will release a version A77 this summer and the machine will use a measure such as APS-C sensors, AVCHD video.

According to a source at Sony Photographybay, A77 version will be introduced along with a new tube and the flash kit for professionals.

A77 HD version is rumored to be equipped with APS Exmor CMOS Sensor (APS-C size) and be able to record video in AVCHD format with advanced functions focusing full phase, even when walking.
